Parkway Breeze
Surrounded by a summer breeze and winding roads with wind blown hair I travel through this space and time without a single care

As I drive in parkway views and vines caress the mountain slopes IM taken by the what to do and filled with summers  new found hopes

Engulfed in waves of green grass growing past fields alive with streams a'flowing , Oak trees dance with summer storms and  limbs like maestro arms a'blowing

Young creature's life is all anew and mother's milk is waning to
With trusting eyes they follow instinct somehow they know just what to do

With the greatest magnitude the spinning earth has brought us summer and with a sun lit attitude has stirred us from our sleeping slumber

What God has done in sweet Virginia has made us blessed like others dream And we are filled with sounds of summer wading in a mountain stream
